It was another good week of training. I managed to get
some form of exercise/training in on my targeted 6 out of 7 days.

The overweight chapter of my life has closed with the completion of my first Ironman in Dec '15 and now I move forward with a renewed focus on a balanced lifestyle of activity, family and fun...oh and probably a few ups and downs along the way...
